Checklist for the common problems

If the device cannot work normally, please make sure that:

  • Power is connected.
  • The device is connected to the network.
  • The device has upgraded to the latest firmware version.
  • Try reset the device to the factory default settings.

If users need to apply for the RMA process, please fill in the RMA application form and send it to our technical support by techsupport@akuvox.com.
