How to capture a system log
When the devices appear some issues, the system log can help Akuvox engineers to locate the problem. Users can export the log for R&D to analyze the problem.
Please follow the steps to capture the system log:
Step 1, Go to the device’s Web - Upgrade - Advanced - System Log.
Step 2, Change the “log level” to be 7. The higher level means the more specific system log is saved to a temporary file. By default, it’s level 3.
Step 3, Reproduce the problem happen on the device.
Step 4, Click “Export” to export the log out.
