How to setup call completion

Introduction

Call Completion is a feature allows an alternative interaction between the parties that cannot communicate directly. When you dial a number but the called party is busy or unavailable to answer the call, the phone will show a prompt on screen to ask users whether to redial the number when the called party becomes available.

Call completion feature is only available on Akuvox v5.1 or higher firmware version and it requires PBX's support.

Configuration

1.Call completion can be configured on phone LCD directly. Go to the Path Menu - Features - Call Completion. Enable Call Completion as below. Press Save key to apply the change.

2.After finishing the setting, when the called party is busy, the notification will be shown:

3.Press OK to return to idle screen.

4.After the called party becomes available, the below prompt will pop up:

5.Press OK to redial the number.
