How to configure IVR
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is supported in linux indoor monitors.
When any incoming calls is rejected, the indoor monitors will play a fixed short audio file to 3rd party caller for response.
For how to configure:
In the device main interface, go to DND settings interface to configure.
Tick the “DND status” first, and then tick “IVR” to enable the feature.
1. Only in DND mode, the IVR feature can be available.
2. The audio file for IVR is fixed, and it can not be changed.
