How to configure DND

Indoor monitors will ignore any incoming calls if you enable DND.

1.On the device home screen, tap the DND to able or disable DND function.
2.On the web portal,go to Phone - Call feature - DND.
DND: Enable or disable this function.

Return Code When DND: To configure the return code to caller when rejecting the call.

DND On Code: The code is used to turn on DND on server’s side, if configured, indoor monitors will send a SIP message to server to turn on DND on server side if users press DND when DND is off.

DND Off Code: The code is used to turn off DND on server’s side, if configured, indoor monitors will send a SIP message to server to turn off DND on server side if users press DND when DND is on.

How to configure IVR



IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is supported in linux indoor monitors. When any incoming calls is rejected, the indoor monitors will play a fixed short audio file to 3rd party caller for response.

For how to configure:

In the device main interface, go to DND settings interface to configure.
Tick the “DND status” first, and then tick “IVR” to enable the feature.


1. Only in DND mode, the IVR feature can be available.
2. The audio file for IVR is fixed, and it can not be changed.
