How to configure direct IP call

Without SIP server, users can also use IP address to call each other, but this way is only suitable in the LAN.

Enter the IP address of the caller, and then press “Audio Call” or “Video Call” to make a call.

• Android indoor monitor (IT82/IT83/C315/C317)


To do the auto answer direct IP setting on web interface.

Go to Phone - Call feature - Auto Answer Whitelist.

Device Location: To enter the device name/Location.

SIP/IP: To enter the SIP/IP number of the corresponding devices.


Go to Phone - Call feature - Others.
Enable the Indoor auto answer, then the phone will answer the imcoming call that from the indoor monitors.

• Linux indoor monitor (C313/IT80/IT81)


To do the anto answer direct IP setting on monitor user interface.

Go to More - Setting - Advance - Direct IP.

Auto Answer: If enabled, when there is a direct IP incoming call, C313X will answer the call automatically.

No Answer Forward: If enabled, the direct ip incoming calls will be forwarded to the specified ip address when the ringtone is time out without answering.

Forward Target: Setup the specified IP address of the No Answer Forward feature. When the phone doesn't answer the incoming call, it will forward the call to the specific number.

No Answer Ring Time: Setup the ring tone timeout of the No answer Forward feature.


To do the direct IP setting on web interface.

Go to Phone - Call Feature - Forward Transfer.

Account: Choose the “Direct IP” mode to do the setting.

No Answer Forward: If enabled, the direct ip incoming calls will be forwarded to the specified ip address when the ringtone is time out without answering.

Forward Target: Setup the specified IP address of the No Answer Forward feature. When the phone doesn't answer the incoming call, it will forward the call to the specific number.
